Send to a friend

Found a property you think a friend may be interested in? The Send to my friend option allows you to send them an email with a link to view the property. You should detail who has sent them the link and add any comments you think they will find important.

View virtual tours

If a virtual tour has been loaded for a property the View virtual tour link will be available .You can click on the link to be taken to view the property of choice in a virtual scenario where you will get the sense of actually walking through the rooms.

Add to myplaces

This feature allows you to build up a list of your favourite properties. When you see the Add to myplaces option, click the link to have the property added to your myplaces properties list. This will allow you to quickly refer back to your favourite properties next time you visit myplace. Remove a property from your myplace favourites by clicking the option Remove from myplaces.

Print

Found the right property? Get yourself a hardcopy. Press print for a detailed page.

View map

If a map has been loaded for a property the Map link will be available. A click on the View Map option will take you to an External Website (i.e. www.wises.co.nz) to show you the location of that property.

More details

This link will take you to the listing agencies website and display that listing.

Have you come across this when viewing a property? Well if so, then the property you have been viewing has been viewed more than 250 times and has earned a myplace thumbs up for popularity.

Add to Outlook

The add to Outlook option will allow you to add upcoming open homes and auctions times to your Outlook calendar so you can keep an up to date schedule with open homes and auctions and when they are occurring. Click the icon and your outlook schedule will automatically be filled and updated.

Email Salesperson

Need more information on a property you are viewing? The Email Salesperson option under My Tool Box or Contact details allows you to send an email directly to the salesperson. If the salesperson has not provided an email address then you will see Email Office, which works the same but sends an email to the office.

Calculator

The repayment calculator allows you to work out how much repayments will be for the amount you may need to borrow. Fill in the Loan amount, Term, Frequency and Interest Rate to have the repayment amount calculated for you.

Slideshow

The Slideshow tool gives you an automatic show of all images for the property you are viewing. The images displayed are larger than the regular images so you can get a better look with more details (this may take a while depending on your internet connection). You can also turn off the slideshow, and view images by clicking on next or previous.

Mark It

Have you got a property listed? Okay, then why not make it a feature gallery item… From the homepage, use the Mark It to make your property a feature gallery item… Your property will then display at the top of all search results pages and in the feature gallery area. Feature gallery items give your listings that edge to stand out from the rest.

Saved Searches

Want to get notified automatically when a new property becomes available? You should sign up and become a myplace member to receive email notifications… After running a property search, you will see an option in the top right of your search results screen called ‘save this search’, simply click on this option and this search will be saved under your account, and then you will receive automated daily update of any new properties matching your saved search criteria.
