39 Success Court enjoys a prime beachfront reserve setting in Omaha North, with a broad, open outlook across the protected Council dune reserve to the Omaha Valley hills, across to the Ti Point arm and out to the Little Barrier and Great Barrier islands in the Gulf.

Designed by Leuschke Group Architects, whose work has helped shape Omaha over more than three decades, the home is a thoughtful, site-led interpretation of the New Zealand bach. Nautical in influence yet purposeful in execution, the design prioritises sun, liveability and easy connection to the outdoors.

North-facing and just 60 steps to the sand and surf break, three Kwila decks extend the living areas and offer options throughout the day for sun, shelter and entertaining. Natural beach foliage softens the foreground, with the dune reserve a constant backdrop, giving the whole property a relaxed, unhurried coastal feel.

Inside, the scale is deceptive. Interiors are generous, flexible and well suited to extended family living, comfortably sleeping up to eight. Recycled native timbers, including matai flooring with kauri and rimu detailing, give the interiors a warmth and authenticity that sit naturally within the coastal setting. Recent improvements include new bathrooms and a freshened interior, updating the home without compromising its original character. Practical considerations are well covered with extensive underfloor storage, space for boats and beach gear, low-maintenance construction, and scope for future expansion if desired.
