Garry Malcolm, Owner/Broker REMAX Team Realty New Plymouth.Garry commenced his career in the Real Estate industry back in 1981 as a salesperson. In 1991 Garry became an associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Garry served two separate terms as the Taranaki District President, the first being in 1994.Garry has served as an REINZ district member for the past 30 years and in 2002 was appointed a fellow of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. For the past 30 years Garry has been in Real Estate management roles participating in the recruitment and development of Real Estate salespeople. In July 2004, Garry and his wife Maree opened their REMAX office in New Plymouth with just 3 salespeople and 1 administrator. The team has grown and now has 16 staff (sales associates & administrators) working for REMAX Team Realty.
REMAX Team Realty has always been in the top 3 Individual Offices for REMAX New Zealand since 2005 and has been named Top Office for a number of these.
