Prior to entering Real estate Joy held various retail management positions, this has proven invaluable when dealing with people from all walks of life. Joy Burbidge's marketing flair included her placing her own display items, pot plants, wall hangings, framed pictures, flowers, in and around my unit that was completely devoid of furnishings, thus bringing "life" to the place. She obviously related well with the "Open home" visitors and advised me of issues that were concerning them. We agreed on simple improvements and she delayed her marketing strategies allowing for time to implement remedies.She eventually achieved a sale price that more than compensated me for the improvement expenditure incurred. Joy's communication was regular and exceeded my expectations.
