In what could have been a difficult and stressful time, Marie was the one Real Estate Agent who took a genuine interest in me to help me find my new home. I reached out to other agents who were either too busy or just simply did not care and didnt reply to my messages and e-mails. From my point of view, it seemed that Marie could not do enough for me. She got a clear idea of what I was wanting in a home and spent a lot of time and effort researching and seeking out properties for me to view. I was very aware that she had many other clients who she was working with, but at no time did she rush me or become impatient with me. In hindsight, I think I may have been quite demanding but I was new in buying and selling houses so did not realise how much work an agent does. Marie was always available for me to contact her and she often made herself available late in the evenings or weekends and, if for some reason I had left a message for her to contact me, she was always prompt in replying. I often rang her in a panic and she kindly suggested things I could do to help the situation and generally smoothed the way for me. She often reminded me of things that I needed to do and think about which was so helpful. Marie set aside times for just her and me to view properties and on the day when I finally found the one I ended up buying, we had spent the whole day together looking and viewing properties, and this one was the last property on our list, but could only be viewed at 6.00 pm that day. It was a long day for Marie but I knew she had my best interests at heart and remained cheerful and caring all day. I would like to end my comments in saying that Marie is a professional, polite, friendly, cheerful and helpful Real Estate Agent who I cannot speak highly enough of. We practically became friends.
