Not bad at All
Right from the start, we knew my place could be a little more difficult than others to ascertain a suitable price. At first, we wanted a price, but due to my circumstances, a Deadline Sale turned out to be the best option. After settling on an end date, we initially decided to go appointments only for viewing, but ended up having to do open homes due to unexpected demand. I was pleased I was talked into advertising, as the interest was substantial from the start due to this. When it came to the deadline end, we had a few negotiations with the top buyer, and then I was sold from the next day. This has been the easiest sale I've had when it came to having a buyer from the get-go. Nu listened to my concerns and also what I wanted to achieve financially for my property, and that was what the end result was. It is very remiss of me not to be in touch before now, however I am sure you will understand that we have been very busy doing the things you do when you buy a new house, so hopefully, this will come as an unexpected pleasant surprise. I just want to say how delighted Peter and I still are, for the spectacular price you achieved for the sale of our property in Newlands, and to formally thank you for all your hard work in doing so. As one of our very close friends who attended the Auction said, - Nu took no prisoners what so ever and as promised, you got me a sale which far exceeded three other appraisals I had been given by other agents.
When we attended the Auction in Kapiti, and won the bid with you as Auctioneer, we had all but signed up with another Agent for a Deadline Sale, however, after we saw what a stunning job you did for the Vendor you represented at the time, for the property we bought, Peter and I both came to the conclusion very quickly that we would be far better off taking you on as Auctioneer for the sale of our Newlands property. We certainly did not expect to reach a sale almost $300,000 ABOVE the RV. In conclusion, with you as Auctioneer, this was an excellent; on our part, as until meeting you, Auctioning our property did not even come into consideration. Also, we are extremely happy with the property we purchased through you, in fact we don't even like leaving our block as we think we are living in paradise.
Anyone considering selling their property, I would have no hesitation in suggesting that they come and see you Nu.
