After a vey successful career spanning 28 years selling homes, Phil, with his wife Kerry, moved to Whangamata to live permanently a couple of years ago. They have been lucky enough to have been involved in the local community for many years.It's now time for Phil together with his daughter Emma to get back in to his area of expertise, helping people sell and buy property.Emma with her husband and two young kids also live in Whangamata.
