Steve has lived in South Auckland for most of his life with his wife and three adult children, therefore supporting a variety of schools, clubs and organizations.​ Prior to entering real estate, Steve was actively employed in a professional sales capacity for over 20 years, and had owned and operated a successful manufacturing business in East Tamaki for 5 years.
