About Sudhir

Sudhir Varma (Paul) migrated to New Zealand in 1999. He had his own business back in India

and has extensive experience in Marketing, Sales and Accounts. He joined Real Estate in
2001. Over this period of time he gained more than 15 years expreience in property sale
with various Auckland Real Estate compaines. He also ventured and successfully completed
his own sub-division projects. His goal is to close a sale with “Win Win” for both vendor and
