Tim is Managing Director of CBRE Christchurch and leads the Christchurch investment sales team. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, with roles including property management, real estate advisory, project finance and investment management. He has advised international and national corporate groups on real estate strategy and established the real estate function for Standard Bank London’s international portfolio.
In 2011, Tim joined CBRE New Zealand where he used his international knowledge and experience to drive growth of the Global Workspace Solutions business, including the successful negotiation of a market-leading full-service offering for one of New Zealand’s largest corporate occupiers.
Appointed as Managing Director of the Christchurch office in 2016, Tim leads the local investment sales team, which has achieved record-breaking sales prices in the office sector since 2017.
