Hi, I'm Varun Alvin Kumar – Your Trusted Real Estate Partner Originally from Labasa, Fiji, I proudly call New Zealand home and am passionate about helping people achieve their property goals. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent over 10 years as a professional teacher. That experience shaped my ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and provide honest guidance — qualities that now form the foundation of my approach to real estate.
Fluent in both English and Hindi, I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and pride myself on building genuine, long-lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading to your dream property, selling your current home, looking for an investment opportunity, or seeking expert advice on the local property market, I'm here to guide you every step of the way with professionalism, dedication, and a client-first approach. Get in touch today — I'd be honoured to be your trusted real estate partner.
